After downloading IE7 Beta 3 some while back ... System Restore has
stopped functioning as it should.
Can someone please HELP?

Disabling/Reboot/Re-enabling it does...?

disable System Restore and re-enable it.
Sorry for being a pest, but I am 71 years old and not exactly computer savy!

- Turn off System Restore.

- Review the first bullet to turn on System Restore
- Make a Manual Restoration Point.
